
Donald K. McClellan
Donald was born in Muncie, Indiana, where he found himself drawn to the law field directly our of high school and began his preparatory education, Indiana University (A.B., 1978). He then pursued a law degree from Indiana University School of Law (J.D., 1981), and was admitted to Indiana Bar, 1981, also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is a member of the Muncie and Indiana State Bar Associations; Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
Donald served as Deputy Prosecutor, Delaware County, Indiana, 1981-83; 1986-90; Public Defender, 1983-84. Jury Trials: Over 100 Jury Trials involving serious Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Criminal Trials involving Murder, other serious Felonies and RICO cases. Also will contest Litigation and has over 25 years of Insurance Defense experience.
